Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 60.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 60 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
